Sweden's Boxer trials TV Everywhere iOS app

Boxer TV, a Swedish pay-TV operator owned by the Teracom Group, has announced the launch of its TV Everywhere service Boxer Play to selected testers. The service allows Boxer customers to access Boxer TV anywhere through an app for Apple iOS devices.

The testing phase is expected to last until the end of the summer. During that period, the number of testers will be increased gradually. In the final phase, a few thousand test customers will have access to a wide range of live TV channels and VOD content via the iOS app.

The service will eventually be expanded to other devices, including those based on Android.
