Softbank launches BBTV Next streaming TV service

Softbank subsidiary TV Bank has announced the launch of BBTV Next in Japan. The service is available via apps for iPhone, iPad and Android smartphones as well as using a PC.
BBTV Next customers can choose any three channels from a selection of twelve for a price of 1,058 yen ($9) per month. A catch-up TV feature is also included.
