Cubiware and BOLD MSS Collaborate to Bring TeleRed Hybrid Entertainment Offering with IPVOD to Buenos Aires

AMSTERDAM — Cubiware, a Warsaw, Poland based subsidiary of TiVo Inc. (NASDAQ: TIVO), today announced a collaboration with TeleRed, provider of programming, services and information for the consumer in Argentina, and BOLD MSS, a Uruguayan company focused on the development and integration of hybrid systems for Telcos and Pay TV operators, to bring hybrid television with IPVOD to the people of Buenos Aires. As a result of this technology cooperation, TeleRed will provide customers the best in television entertainment.

This hybrid television service will provide TeleRed customers a wide array of content, including live TV programming and on-demand shows and movies, and will also include premiere apps, as well as more radio programming. The service will give users a platform that responds to their needs and consumption habits and that adds value for the whole family.

The CubiTV IPTV Middleware solution delivers an optimized platform for this hybrid offering.
