Orange Belgium updates STB UI and Orange TV mobile App

Today, Orange starts the implementation of a new user interface on its TV decoder and updates its Orange TV mobile App with extra features that allows customers to enjoy their favourite TV shows at home as well as on the go. Orange Belgium continues to invest in enriching its Love offer.
A whole new user interface on Orange TV decoders
Orange Belgium is currently deploying an update on the decoders of its more than 155,000 Love customers all over the country. The update contains:
- A new User Interface: improved design and usability thanks to simpler screens and a faster navigation.
- An improved TV Guide that displays more channels at the same time (8 instead of 6) with a faster navigation speed.
- Live TV picture embedded in TV Guide and Recordings screens: Love customers will be able to continue watching their show while they are in the TV Guide or in the Recordings screen.
Easier viewing on the go with the new Pause/Time shift feature in the Orange TV app
Since the end of May, Orange customers can use the Orange TV app to enjoy a selection of the following channels on their smartphone or tablet: Eén, Canvas, VTM, Q2, VIER, VIJF, National Geographic NL, Discovery NL, Ketnet, Disney Channel NL, La Une, La Deux, RTL-TVI, Club RTL, TF1, AB3, 13ème RUE, Syfy, Disney Channel FR and Disney XD FR. Recently Orange added the channels La Trois and Vitaya as well.
The latest update of the Orange TV app allows customers to Pause/Time shift up to 1 hour while they are watching their favorite program.
More than 35% of Love customers are using the TV App on a regular basis now and they watch about 50 minutes per month (average Live TV Active user viewing time). Orange customers with Love Unlimited are the only convergent customers in Belgium to benefit from unlimited mobile data which makes watching live TV completely worry-free.
