m:tel takes 100% control of Telrad Net

Mtel has become the 100% owner of the Telrad Net Company
Following its strategic plan that includes acquisitions of the cable operators, the Mtel a.d. Banja Luka Company has become the 100% owner of the Telrad Net d.o.o. Bijeljina Company on the basis of the Purchase Agreement. With this, the transaction related to the transfer of the ownership was completed.
Telrad Net is a BiH telecommunication company which provides the services of constructing access telecommunication networks, public fixed telephony, VoIP and IP telephony services, cable television and cable internet services.
Following the global trend on the telecommunication market, the strategic plans of the Mtel company are directed towards positioning of the Company as a regional leader in the telecommunication industry.
