SupraHD® 741 Processor-Enabled Converter Boxes Shipping to Best Buy and Others

SUNNYVALE, Calif. — Zoran Corporation (Nasdaq: ZRAN) announced that its SupraHD® 741 processor-powered Apex Digital ATSC Converter Box supporting Analog Pass-Through was approved by the U.S. Government’s National Telecommunications and Infrastructure Administration (NTIA) for use in the Coupon-Eligible Converter Box program supporting the U.S. digital broadcast conversion.

Apex Digital Inc., one of the country’s leading marketers of consumer electronics, announces it has received certification by The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) of its digital-to-analog converter box model DT250 to participate in the Coupon Program. The DT250 model is now available at Best Buy stores and will be available at other retail locations soon.
