Amino software powers Now TV integration of Pay TV and streaming

  • Now TV deploys a fully integrated Amino software stack, including Amino OS and Amino Engage, to integrate its IPTV service with OTT in a next generation Android TV user experience (UX) on its newly launched Android TV box Now H1
  • The new offering integrates OTT services such as HBO GO, Netflix, Red Bull TV, Bloomberg and Deutsche Welle
  • Amino handles the Android TV and Netflix certification processes to enable Now TV to concentrate on providing great content and user experience

CAMBRIDGE, UK — Amino, the global media and entertainment technology solutions provider, today announced that it has collaborated with Now TV, the leading Pay TV service in Hong Kong and the media entertainment arm of HKT, Hong Kong’s premier telecommunications service provider and a leading innovator, to integrate its pioneering IPTV service with popular OTT services such as HBO GO and Netflix.
