Changhong develops Apollo I SoC

Changhong (Shanghai: 600839) affiliate Panovasic Technology has developed a Chinese proprietary system on chip (SoC) named Apollo I. Changhong plans to use the design as the basis for further developments in the fields of mobile multimedia, digital display – developing chips for its HD digital TV products – and convergence.
