MATTOON, Ill. — Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CNSL) reported results for the third quarter and nine-month period ended September 30, 2008.

IPTV subscribers were 15,454, an increase of 4,391, or 39.7% year-on-year.
