TVN Group announces results for the fourth quarter and full year 2008

WARSAW — TVN Group, Poland’s leading media group, today announced its results for the fourth quarter and full year 2008 which were the strongest in TVN Group’s history.

The ‘n’ DTH platform increased its subscriber base by 142 thousand in the three months ended December 31, 2008. As at December 31, 2008 ‘n’ DTH platform had signed up over 500 thousand subscribers of which over 493 thousand had been activated.

Investment in ‘n’ DTH platform

On June 25, 2008 we completed the acquisition of 25% of the share capital plus 1 share of Neovision Holding B.V., an option to acquire control and a pro rata proportion of intercompany loans for a total cash consideration of EUR 95 million. Neovison Holding BV is the sole shareholder of ITI Neovision Sp. z o.o. (ITI Neovision) which owns and operates the ‘n’ DTH platform in Poland.
