Colombia - UNE-EPM to launch IPTV but in 2Q 2008

Incumbent of Colombian city of Medellín, UNE-EPM, has confirmed launch of its IPTV system in the second quarter of 2008, contrary to preliminary plans that had scheduled it for the first quarter.
