CMMB mobile TV market shrinking

According to DigiTimes, the CMMB mobile TV market in China has been rapidly shrinking since the introduction of conditional access at the end of last year.

Industry estimates put the number of subscribers at 1.5 million rather than the 4 million claimed by the State Administration of Radio Film and Television (SARFT).
