Costa Rica's ICE to use Minerva, Widevine and Amino for IPTV

Costa Rica’s state telephone monopoly ICE (Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad) will soon sign a contract with system integrator ITS for the deployment of its IPTV service. Middleware will come from Minerva Networks with conditional access from Widevine and set-top boxes from Amino Communications (AIM:AMO).
Harmonic Inc. (NASDAQ: HLIT) will provide the VOD and Ateme the headends.
