All Media Baltics, the largest electronic media group in the Baltic countries and Atende Software have entered into a multi-country cooperation agreement for the launch of next generation OTT platform services across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
The new service will feature the widest range of local and international sports and entertainment content in the Baltics, including Live TV channels, news, premium sports, original movies and series and exclusive access to All Media Baltics flagship TV shows for subscribers to view on smartphones, tablets, web Android set-top-box and smart TVs.
Under the agreement, Atende Software will implement its award-winning redGalaxy OTT platforms and deliver multi-tenant white-label OTT backend, along with branded end-user applications for Web, Android, iOS, Android TV (operator tier), Samsung SmartTV and LG webOS platforms. The platform will be integrated with existing OTT head-end (based on Anevia) and with CRM, self-care and billing systems. Content security, based on Microsoft Playready, Google Widevine and Apple FairPlay DRM systems will be provided as a part of the agreement.
