Multimedia Polska releases quarterly report

The consolidated financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2008 were prepared for Multimedia Polska S.A. (Warsaw:MMP) and the following entities of Multimedia Polska Group: Tele – Top Grupa Multimedia Polska Sp. z o.o., Multimedia Polska – Zachód Sp. z o.o., Multimedia Polska – Południe S.A., and Telewizja Kablowa Brodnica Sp. z o.o.

As at 31 December 2008, the Multimedia Polska Group had 1,129,226 revenue generating units (RGUs), including 624,336 cable TV RGUs (of which 4,974 IPTV RGUs and 70,732 DTV RGUs), 278,588 broadband Internet RGUs, 182,226 voice RGUs, 30,299 premium channels RGUs, 13,066 indirect voice services, and 711 payphones.

As at 31 December 2008, we had over 261,000 subscribers who have subscribed for more than one service, including ca. 70,000 triple play subscribers.

In the fourth quarter of 2008, we recorded a net increase in RGUs of 47,338 (after churn), including 21,864 CATV RGUs (consisting of the addition of 5,836 analog cable TV RGUs, 738 IPTV RGUs and 15,290 DTV RGUs.)
