TEO results for the first quarter of 2009

TEO LT (Vilnius:TEO1L), the largest Lithuanian broadband Internet access and voice telephony services operator, has released its first quarter 2009 results.

During January-March 2009, the number of customers using the company’s TV services increased by 12.7 thousand and was 79.4 thousand. The number of broadband Internet access users increased by 6.6 thousand – up to 304.7 thousand. The total number of main telephone lines in service at the end of March was 756.3 thousand.
