Telefonica commercially launches TeleIDEA’s Smartware in South America

TeleIDEA proudly announces that Telefónica has commercially deployed a next generation of STB devices powered by TeleIDEA’s Smartware.

TeleIDEA’s turnkey solution has been implemented following the “UX” advanced user interface as specified by Telefonica Digital. With this deployment, Telefonica aims to enhance customer satisfaction by facilitating access to TV services through a more attractive and intuitive user experience.
