Cable Television

Our new digital television services, both DTV and IPTV, as well as the roll out of video on demand (VoD) generated combined revenues of PLN 1.5m in 2007 compared to only PLN 0.1m in the same period of 2006. As at 31 December 2007, the Group had 23,055 digital television subscribers in both technologies (DTV and IPTV). In addition, Multimedia Polska Group launched video on demand to selected cable locations in large cities on 27 September 2007. As a result of the launch of new services the Company expects to see significant growth in the number of DTV and VoD users and in revenues generated on those services in the coming quarters. In Q4 2007, we recorded ca. 41,000 video rentals, of which 80% were free-of-charge to promote the purchase of digital packages. Revenues generated by VoD amounted to some PLN 46,000, which gives an average price per paid rental of PLN 5.80.
