According to Dataxis latest research, on 80 Pay-TV/OTT and telecom players, the global revenues has reached to US$ 410 billion in 2017 for Q4. The revenues have grown at a CAGR of 1%, from US$ 381 billion in Q116. Dataxis held a free webinar on the topic and presented the analysis.
Adding further to the analysis, the market share by players based on revenues, shows that the top 10 players, accounts for 59% revenues, out of the total global revenues. The top 5 players with highest group revenues are: AT&T Group, Verizon, NTT, China Mobile and Deutsche Telekom.
