LAS VEGAS — NAB SHOW — BitRouter, a leading provider of software for ATSC 3.0 receivers, announced today that its ATSC3pak for Android™ decoding software will power the soon-to-be-released ZapperBox M1 converter box, which will be featured at the NAB Show 2022 in Las Vegas. ATSC3pak includes BitRouter’s feature-rich implementation of ATSC 3.0 and ATSC 1.0 standards, which is currently available for both Android and Linux®.

The ZapperBox M1 is nearing completion of ongoing field trials and will soon begin shipping with single- and dual-tuner configurations (with a quad-tuner model coming later in the year). The ZapperBox M1 gives customers an affordable solution to watching 4K over-the-air programming, including full support for Dolby® AC-4 audio.
