América Móvil increases its shareholding in Telekom Austria AG

MEXICO CITY — América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”) [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX], hereby announces that, through a series of open market transactions, its subsidiary América Móvil B.V. has increased its overall shareholding in Telekom Austria AG to 58% of Telekom Austria’s total outstanding shares.
