Cyfrowy Polsat results for the third quarter ended 30 September 2008

Cyfrowy Polsat SA (Warsaw: CPS), the largest digital satellite pay-TV platform in Poland, today announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2008.

The number of Cyfrowy Polsat subscribers grew by 42% to 2,402,524 as at 30 September 2008 – an increase of 115 thousand as compared to Q2 2008 and 335 thousand since the beginning of the year.

Cyfrowy Polsat sold 59 thousand in-house produced set top boxes in Q3 2008.
