TEO revenues grew by 4.1 per cent up to LTL 826 million over the year 2008

The total consolidated revenue of TEO LT, AB Group (Vilnius:TEO1L), an integrated telecommunication, IT and TV services provider, for the twelve months of 2008 was LTL 826 million, an increase by 4.1 per cent over the total revenue of LTL 793 million for the twelve months of 2007.

At the end of the year 2008, the total number of main telephone lines in service was 767.8 thousand. The number of broadband Internet access users increased by 15.2 per cent and at the end of the year 2008 amounted to 298.1 thousand. The number of ‘Interactive GALA’ IPTV users increased by 2.3 times and reached almost 40.4 thousand. The number of customers using the ‘Digital GALA’ DVB-T digital terrestrial television service, which was launched in March, was 26.3 thousand at the end of the year.
