Charter Communications Reports Preliminary Financial and Operating Results for Fourth Quarter 2008

ST. LOUIS — Charter Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:CHTR) (along with its subsidiaries, the “Company” or “Charter”) today announced preliminary results for the fourth quarter of 2008, which reflect solid revenue growth and the 9th consecutive quarter of double digit adjusted EBITDA growth on a pro forma as reported basis.
Fourth quarter 2008 net gains of digital video customers were approximately 22,300 compared to a net gain of approximately 59,500 in the fourth quarter of 2007.
