2.1 million digital TV RGUs for KDG at end-March '09
Tuesday, May 26th, 2009UNTERFÖHRING — Germany’s largest cable network operator Kabel Deutschland (KDG) today announced preliminary financials for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2009.
Kabel Digital pay TV Revenue Generating Units (RGUs) increased by 9.1% to 849 thousand at March 31, 2009 (779 thousand on March 31, 2009). The overall number of digital TV RGUs amounted to 2.1 million (1.6 million in the previous year). Including the Premiere subscribers in KDG’s footprint the digital TV penetration amounted to over 20%.
