CSA invites bids for pay DTT in France

France’s Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel (CSA) has launched a call for applications to transmit Pay TV on the country’s R3 digital terrestrial television multiplex.
The timetable is as follows:
– October 15, 2010: application deadline
– December 2010: public hearing
– January 2011: authorisation
