AO Kazteleradio to use TeamCast equipment in Kazakhstan DVB-T2 pilot

RENNES, France — TeamCast, a renowned leader in advanced solutions for Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) and Mobile Television, is involved in Kazakhstan’s DVB-T2 broadcasting trial in the city of Karaganda, with the media operator AO Kazteleradio (Казтелерадио) and V-LUX too. For this occasion, TeamCast is helping AO Kazteleradio, with the loan of equipment which will be used for this new DVB-T2 pilot trial.
The objective of the pilot trial for AO Kazteleradio is to check the performance of the second generation (DVB-T2) terrestrial transmission equipment, under real operating conditions. With TeamCast’s proven equipment deployed for DVB-T2, V-LUX will be able to make all the in-field performance tests needed for this important trial. TeamCast provides the fundamental building blocks for the future high performance end-to-end transmission solutions that new standards like DVB-T2 can provide.
