Prime Time Communications Brings Digital Triple Play to Residential Customers on UTOPIA Open Access Network
Feb 26, 2009 – The Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency (UTOPIA) has announced that Prime Time Communications will offer over 350 channels of digital TV, as well as voice and broadband, over UTOPIA's fiber optic Open Service Provider Model network.
