Argentina launches digital TV
Tuesday, March 30th, 2010Argentina’s Federal Planning Minister Julio De Vido, attended the closing ceremony of the Foro Consultivo del Sistema Argentino de Televisión Digital, has said that 75 percent of Argentines will be able to enjoy free-to-air digital terrestrial television this year, with 95% of the country covered by 2012.
The remaining 5% are to be covered by a free-to-air satellite TV offering.
