Nielsen rejects private equity consortium acquisition proposal
Mar 21, 2022 – Nielsen Holdings plc (NYSE: NLSN) has announced that its board has determined not to proceed with an unsolicited acquisition proposal from a private equity consortium that valued the Company at $25.40 per share.
