KT adds 140,000 Qook TV subscribers in 1Q10
May 3, 2010 – KT Corporation (KRX:030200/NYSE:KT) has released its 1st Quarter 2010 results. Qook TV IPTV subscribers reached 1.312 million at the end of March 2010, up 140,000 in the quarter.

KT, France Telecom Join Forces for Digital Home
Apr 2, 2010 – KT (KRX:030200; NYSE:KT) and France Telecom (Paris & NYSE: FTE) have signed a memorandum of understanding for the delivery of a digital-home solution to local customers. Under the deal, KT will utilize France Telecom's 'SoftAtHome' middleware.

3D coming to Korean IPTV

Global Telco TV Service Revenue To Total Nearly $17 Billion in 2010
Feb 10, 2010 – Despite the economic downturn, telco TV market growth was strong in 2009, according to ABI Research. Service revenue for the global telco TV market increased to nearly $12 billion in 2009 and will increase to nearly $17 billion by the end of 2010.
