North-West Telecom Starts PON-Based Triple Play in Kaliningrad
Nov 13, 2009 – In November 2009, North-West Telecom started commercial operation of triple play services based on passive optical networks (PON) in Kaliningrad. Kaliningrad becomes the company's second regional division after St. Petersburg.

Russia's North-West Telecom has 6,000 IPTV subscribers
Apr 9, 2009 – North-West Telecom has announced that its broadband subscriber base has exceeded 700,000. In December 2007, N.W.Telecom was one of the first companies in Russia to launch IPTV commercially and now has almost 6,000 connections.
