Hisense buys Toshiba's television business
Nov 14, 2017 – Hisense Electric has announced the purchase of Toshiba TV's production, brand, R&D & operations. Hisense will purchase 95% stock shares of Toshiba Visual Solutions for 12.9 billion Japanese Yen with Toshiba retaining a 5% stock holding.
