Topbroad Develops New Video Decoding Chip
Dec 4, 2007 – Following the successful production of its "Beijing-1" high-definition set-top box core chip, Tianjin Topbroad Microelectronics, a subsidiary of Tianjin Communication and Broadcasting Group, has developed its TBM5028 video decoder chip.
