U.S. 4K UHD display shipments to reach 4 million in 2015
Jan 5, 2015 – According to research to be released by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), shipments of 4K UHD displays in teh U.S. are projected to reach four million units in 2015, marking a 208 percent increase over 2014.

DISH Network to launch Sling TV OTT service

DISH Network to launch 4K Ultra HD set-top box

Roku announces Roku TV 4K plans

Over 60% of U.S. pay TV subscribers have a DVR
Jan 2, 2015 – Research from Leichtman Research Group (LRG) has found that 76% of US households have a DVR, subscribe to Netflix, or use on-Demand (VOD) from a cable or Telco provider -- with 26% of households using two of the services, and 11% using all three.
