DIRECTV Extends Partnership with NDS

Contract extension will enable NDS to continue to deliver conditional access technology for DIRECTV’s U.S. and DIRECTV Latin America satellite-delivered Pay TV services until June 2013
LONDON, U.K./LOS ANGELES, U.S.A. — NDS Group plc (NASDAQ: NNDS), the leading provider of technology solutions for digital pay-TV, today announced that it has signed an agreement with DIRECTV, the largest satellite Pay TV operator in the world, to extend the term of their relationship. NDS has been contracted to continue to provide conditional access technology and services to DIRECTV U.S. and DIRECTV Latin America until June 2013.
