Sinclair & APTS offer free ATSC 3.0 channel hosting for public TV stations
Mar 13, 2024 – Sinclair (NASDAQ:SBGI) and APTS have said that, in markets where Sinclair has deployed ATSC 3.0 and a public TV station has not, it will provide free carriage of a virtual channel for the station.

WKAR at MSU launches NextGen TV accelerator with Gaian Solutions

Open Mobile Video Coalition Submits Mobile DTV Trial Results to Advanced Television Systems Committee
May 15, 2008 – The Open Mobile Video Coalition (OMVC) has announced that it has concluded technical trials and evaluations. The OMVC has submitted an extensive report to the ATSC for its M/H digital television (DTV) standard-setting process.
