Feb 1, 2024 – TrendForce research indicates that global TV shipments in 2023 were approximately 195 million units - down 2.7% YoY. In the first quarter of 2024 shipments are expected to decrease by 18.9% QoQ.

Feb 21, 2023 – According to TrendForce, global TV shipments are projected to drop by 24.3% QoQ to 41.99 million units for 1Q23. Shipments are then expected to grow by 8.7% QoQ to 45.64 million units for 2Q23.

Global TV shipments in 2022 to drop by 3.9% YoY
Dec 21, 2022 – TrendForce estimates that global TV shipments in 2H22 will reach 109 million units, a YoY decline of 2.7%. For the whole of 2022 shipments are projected to total 202 million units, down 3.9% YoY.

Jan 25, 2022 – According to TrendForce, the TV set market slowed in 2H 2021, leading to a decline in shipments of 3.2% year-on-year to 210 million units. In 2022, TV shipments are expected to grow by 3.4% to 217 million units.
