German court finds Netflix infringes Broadcom HEVC/H.265 patent
Nov 3, 2023 – The German Federal Patent Court has issued a preliminary opinion that a Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO) patent related to HEVC/H.265 is valid. This follows an earlier judgment that Netflix infringes the patent.
