TIME-Stanton JV Signs IPTV-on-Mobile Pact with Chinese Operators
Mar 24, 2008 – Time Broadband Services with its joint venture partner Stanton Technologies has announced the launch of the world's first IPTV over 2.5G mobile platform to target the estimated USD 4bn mobile IPTV market.
