ASTRA 1P satellite successfully launched
Jun 20, 2024 – SES has announced that its ASTRA 1P satellite has been successfully launched by a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral, strengthening SES's TV neighbourhood at 19.2°E.

SES to acquire Intelsat
Apr 30, 2024 – SES is to acquire Intelsat through the purchase of 100% of the equity of Intelsat Holdings for a cash consideration of $3.1 billion (€2.8 billion) and certain contingent value rights.
