Peru goes with ISDB standard for DTT
Apr 23, 2009 – Peru has decided to adopt the Japanese-Brazilian standard for digital TV from 2011. The decision was announced by Enrique Cornejo, the minister from the Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones.

Peru to choose digital TV standard in Q1 2009
Sep 30, 2008 – Peru's Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones (MCT) will choose a digital TV standard for the country in the first quarter of 2009, based on the recommendation of the Multi-sector Commission which is due to report by the end of this year.
