U.S. subscriber declines spreading from voice to TV, broadband
Dec 6, 2016 – Ovum has released 3Q16 subscriber growth figures for fixed voice, fixed broadband, and pay TV for the US. Ovum notes that a triple cord-cutting threat – the loss of subscribers in all three core fixed services – continues to loom.

Major U.S. pay TV operators lose 255,000 subscribers in 3Q 2016
Nov 16, 2016 – Leichtman Research has found that the eleven largest pay-TV providers in the US -- representing about 95% of the market -- lost about 255,000 net video subscribers in 3Q 2016, compared to a loss of about 210,000 subscribers in 3Q 2015.
