A fifth of Latin America's homes to pay for SVOD
Oct 27, 2016 – Nearly a fifth of Latin America’s TV households will pay for an SVOD package by 2021, up from 10.9% by end-2016. Mexico (28.3%), Chile (23.9%) and Argentina (23.5%) will have the highest penetration rates.

Latin America VOD OTT revenues to reach $1.84 billion by 2018
Sep 17, 2015 – Latin America’s VOD OTT services generated $509.2 million in 2014, according to Dataxis. By 2018 this figure will grow by 262% reaching $1.84 billion. Brazil and Mexico are the countries with the largest number of VOD-OTT platforms.

América Móvil adds 540,000 pay TV subscribers in Brazil in 4Q 2012
Feb 12, 2013 – América Móvil (BMV;NYSE:AMX;NASDAQ:AMOV;LATIBEX:XAMXL) has announced results for the fourth quarter of 2012. The company finished the year with 16.4 million Pay TV subscribers, with Brazil, on its own, adding 540,000 in the fourth quarter.
