Philippines adopts ISDB-T for DTT
Jun 11, 2010 – The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines has issued a Memorandum Circular announcing that the ISDB-T standard shall be the sole standard in the delivery of DTT services in the country.

U.S. Adds 1.7 Million Multi-Channel Video Subscribers Over the Past Year

J:COM and KDDI to co-operate on STB development
Jun 10, 2010 – J:COM (JASDAQ: 4817), Sumitomo (Tokyo:8053) and KDDI (Tokyo:9433) have agreed an alliance between the three companies. As part of the agreement J:COM and KDDI will develop pilot set-top boxes based on the Android™ operating system.

Skyworth delivering ISDB STBs to Argentina
