IPTV subscribers hit 6 million in Korea

Netherlands adds 700,000 digital TV subscribers in year to June 2012
Nov 6, 2012 – The Netherlands' Independent Post and Telecommunications Authority (OPTA) has published new figures on the communication markets in the country for Q2 2012. The number of TV subscriptions at the end of the quarter was 7.7 million.

HD+ records more than 750,000 paying households for the first time

Brazil's satellite subscribers up another 700,000 in Q3 2012
Oct 24, 2012 – According to Brazil's Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (Anatel), the country's pay TV subscriber base ended September 2012 at 15.4 million, with more than 3.5 million new subscribers being added over the preceding twelve months.
