Swisscom adds 183,000 TV customers in 2012
Feb 7, 2013 – Swisscom has released its results report for 2012. The number of Swisscom TV connections increased year-on-year by 183,000 to 791,000 (+63,000 in the fourth quarter). Fastweb's bundled TV and broadband offering in partnership with Sky Italia has attracted 151,000 customers to date.

Telstra Half Year ended 31 December 2012
Feb 7, 2013 – Telstra has released Financial Results for the Half Year ended 31 December 2012. TV revenue grew by 0.9% to $333 million, driven primarily by IPTV Content. Cable revenue increased by 5.2% to $61 milllion. The FOXTEL subscriber base was up 1.7% in the period to just under 2.3m.

Sky Italia subscribers down 28,000 in 4Q 2012
Feb 6, 2013 – News Corporation (NASDAQ: NWS, NWSA; ASX: NWS, NWSLV) has reported results for the three months ending December 31, 2012. SKY Italia experienced a net reduction of approximately 28,000 subscribers during the quarter, bringing total subscribers to 4.83 million.

Virgin Media Full Year and Fourth Quarter 2012 Results

Liberty Global to Acquire Virgin Media

TalkTalk connects 80,000 TV subscribers in first three months since launch

Airtel ends 2012 with 7.9 million DTH subscribers
Feb 1, 2013 – Bharti Airtel has released its quarterly results report for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2012. Airtel digital TV had 7.9 million customers on its Direct-To-Home (DTH) platform at the end of 2012 up 12% from 7.1 million at the end of 2011.
