47% of DSL subscribers in France had TV-over-DSL at the end of 2009
May 5, 2010 – France's telecoms authority, ARCEP, has published its latest market survey up to the end of the second quarter 2009.At the end of the period, 44% of ADSL subscribers, or 7.7 million, were also subscribing to TV-over-DSL.
