Airtel Digital TV adds 339,000 subscribers in 2Q 2015
Aug 4, 2015 – Bharti Airtel has announced results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015. As on June 30, 2015, DTH had 10.4 million customers, which represents an increase of 10.9% as compared to the corresponding quarter last year.

Dish TV adds 390 thousand subscribers in 2Q 2015

Asia Pacific SVOD homes to quadruple
Jul 9, 2015 – Digital TV Research has forecast 68.83 million SVOD homes in Asia by 2020, quadruple the 2014 total. Japan will remain the largest SVOD country with China overtaking South Korea to become the second largest country by SVOD homes in 2020.

Hooq to launch in India next month

Dish TV India adds 404,000 subscribers in 1Q 2015; makes profit
May 26, 2015 – Dish TV India Limited (Dishtv) (BSE: 532839, NSE: DISHTV) has reported FY2015 results. Dish TV added 404,000 subscribers during the final quarter. FY2015 also saw Dish TV swing to net profit, a first for any DTH company in India.
