AirTV adds dual-tuner capability to its hybrid DTT PVR
Sep 26, 2018 – AirTV has introduced its first dual-tuner capability to AirTV Player. With the new dual-tuner adapter, AirTV Player users can watch one OTA channel while recording another, or record two OTA channels simultaneously through AirTV Player's Local Channels DVR.

Innovid receives MRC accreditation for OTT ad impression measurement
Sep 25, 2018 – Innovid has announced that it has been granted accreditation by the Media Rating Council (MRC) for its over-the-top (OTT) served video ad impression tracking. Innovid is the first to receive MRC accreditation in a connected TV (CTV) environment.

Global SVOD subscriptions to reach 777 million
Sep 25, 2018 – Worldwide paying SVOD subscriptions will increase by 409 million between 2017 and 2023 to total 777 million, according to Digital TV Research. Eleven countries will have more than 10 million subscribers and China and the US together will account for more than half of the total.
